Here is how it works; models receive a base pay plus the Grand Opening Limited Time Only Bonus.

Starting Monday Jan 11th 2016:

• Base Pay is $0.05 per token
• Bonuses vary from 0-80% of the base pay in 20% increments ($0.01)

The bonus is increased by performance and time broadcasting. Each are reset with every pay period. The CamSoda pay periods in 7 days (Mon-Sun UTC Time Zone).

Time Broadcasting Bonus

• Work 10-25 Hrs get a 20% bonus ($0.06/Tkn)
• Work 25+ Hrs get a 40% bonus ($0.07/Tkn)

Performance Bonus

• earn 400-800 Tkn/Hr get a 20% bonus ($0.06/Tkn)
• earn over 800+ Tkn/Hr get a 40% bonus ($0.07/Tkn)

The best part is that these bonuses add together.

EXAMPLE 1: 600 Tkn/Hr earned over 18 Hrs in the pay period

Base Pay is $540. ($0.05/Tkn X 10,800 Tkn)

• 20% Hrly Bonus
• 20% Performance Bonus

The total bonus is 40%, $0.02/Tkn

Gross Pay would be $756 That is $42/Hr

EXAMPLE 2: 1150 Tkn/Hr earned over 6 Hrs in the pay period

Base Pay is $345. ($0.05/Tkn X 6,900 Tkn)

• No Hrly Bonus
• 40 % Performance Bonus

The total bonus is 40%, $0.02/Tkn

Gross Pay would be $483 That is $80.50/Hr

EXAMPLE 3: 1,500 Tkn/Hr earned over 40 Hrs in the pay period

Base Pay is $5,400. ($0.05/Tkn X 60,000 Tkn)

• 40% Hrly Bonus
• 40 % Performance Bonus

The total bonus is 80%, $0.04/Tkn

Gross Pay would be $4,200

That is $135/Hr
