The Limited Time Bonus is increase by performance and time broadcasting. Here are the details.
There is a time on site bonus and a performance bonus. Each are reset with every pay period. The CamSoda pay periods in 7 days (Mon-Sun UTC Time Zone).
Time On Site Bonus
- Work 10-25 Hrs get a 20% bonus ($0.06/Tkn)
- Work 25+ Hrs get a 40% bonus ($0.07/Tkn)
Performance Bonus
- earn 400-800 Tkn/Hr get a 20% bonus ($0.06/Tkn)
- earn over 800+ Tkn/Hr get a 40% bonus ($0.07/Tkn)
The best part is that these bonuses add together.
Here are a few examples:
EXAMPLE 1: 600 Tkn/Hr earned over 18 Hrs in the pay period
Base Pay is $540. 10,800 Tokens, worth $540 ($0.05/Tkn X 10,800 Tkn)
- 20% Hrly Bonus
- 20% Performance Bonus
The total bonus is 40%
Gross Pay would be $756 That is $42/Hr
EXAMPLE 2: 1150 Tkn/Hr earned over 6 Hrs in the pay period
Base Pay is $345. 6,900 Tokens, worth $345 ($0.05/Tkn X 6,900 Tkn)
- No Hrly Bonus
- 40 % Performance Bonus
The total bonus is 40%
Gross Pay would be $483 That is $80.50/Hr
