Your privacy is of utmost importance to us. This Privacy Policy, as may be amended from time to time, governs your use of CamSoda.com (collectively, the “Platform”, “we” or “us”). As noted below, please be aware that we may change our Privacy Policy in the future and it is your obligation to review this Privacy Policy from time to time and the effective date listed with it.
Minimum Age Requirement
By using or viewing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and are not prohibited by law from using the Platform. If you use of the Platform in violation of this section, you may be subject to legal action as a result.
Disclosures Made as Necessitated by Law or Safety
Your name, physical address, phone number and password are considered confidential. However, all information you provide to us, including confidential information and message history, may be shared with other third parties as necessary to comply with applicable law, to cooperate with law enforcement and the court system and as we may determine necessary in our sole discretion.
Information That May Be Collected From You
During sign up we require that you provide certain information which may include Account Data (i.e., username, email address, gender, profile preferences, profile photo(s) and password), Financial Data (i.e., credit card/billing information, your name, and physical address) along with “Demographic Information”. Demographic Information may include IP address(es), referring website information, Internet browser used, zip code and/or other data regarding search history, browsing history, registration and user history.
Financial Data will not be stored by us but will be stored by our third party payment processor, as such it is important that you review the privacy policy for such third party credit card processor prior to providing this information. Your address and name will only be shared as necessary to complete any order placed by you.
How Is This Information Used?
Registration Data
We use your Account Data (except your email and password) to enable other users of the Platform to find and/or interact with your user profile. We may use “cookies” and Demographic Information to improve your experience on the Platform by allowing us to tailor your experience on the Platform according to your preferences and what we think may appeal to you based on such Account and Demographic Information. Your public user profile will contain a list of information provided by you including your photo(s), if any.
On your user profile page you may add, delete and make changes to your user profile information, which may be seen by other users of the Platform.
